| DIOCESAN MUSEUM |
| The museum was set up in 1945 to house the Cathedral of Huesca art collection. The items are displayed in the chapter house, Gothic cloisters and parish church of Huesca Cathedral, where you can see the gold collection, Mediaeval art , and Renaissance and Baroque art respectively. |

| PROVINCIAL MUSEUM |
Over the years, Huesca has gathered together a valuable artistic heritage, part of which is kept and cared for in this museum. The building is of great interest, as it occupies part of the former palace of the Kings of Aragón, with a chapel (the doña Petronila room), and the hall where the event of the Bell of Huesca took place. |

| CATHEDRAL |
This is situated in the heart of the old town on top of a hill. It was built in the gothic style by Jaime I at the end of the 13th century, and building continued to the 16th century. |

| CHURCH OF SAN LORENZO |
Situated in the Plaza de San Lorenzo, the church was built between 1608-1723. The façade is attributed to Miguel Requondo and José Sofí (18th century). |

| AARAB TOWN WALLS AND TORREÓN DEL AMPARO |
The outer wall and the only fortified tower to remain standing from the ninety built originally are the best preserved part of the mediaeval wall. These important remains and those excavated opposite the convent of San Miguel -Islamic- present a fairly faithful idea of what Huesca looked like in those times. |

| CHURCH OF SAN PEDRO |
The church of San Pedro El Viejo is found in the city's old town. According to archaeologists, it was originally a Roman temple, which later became Visigothic, then Mozarab and, finally, Romanesque. |

| MIGUEL SERVET MUNICIPAL PARK |
This dates from the beginning of the 20th century and has pleasant walks and wooded areas. A feature is the monument to the origami birds. It is complemented by the street running alongside where there are houses in the Rationalist style, a movement that was quite important in the city. |

| FESTIVAL OF SAN LORENZO |
The main festival in Huesca is held every year from 9 to 15 August, in honour of the martyr St Laurence, who was said to have been born in the city. The festival has been declared of national interest for tourism, and starts on the morning of 9th August. |

| CASINO |
This is one of the most characteristic 20th-century buildings in Huesca, as, besides its architectural interest as an example of the Modernist style, it forms part of the first square to be built outside the walled town and joins the city to the train station. The interior decorations are perfectly preserved, as is the original layout of the rooms. |

| TOWN HALL |
The Town Hall is a good example of a 16th-century Aragonese town administrative building, with towers at either end and a gallery protected by wide, wooden eaves. The inner courtyard contains a staircase with Plateresque and Baroque decorations. The well-known painting, The Bell of Huesca by Casado del Alisal in the romantic style, hangs in the judgement hall. |

| SAN MIGUEL CONVENT |
The church and convent together are of great artistic value and importance in the community, and consist of the 12th-century, Romanesque church and tower, the Gothic apse and the 17th-century building. |

| CINEMA FESTIVAL |
The Cinema Festival, held in June, with a core programme of short films, manages to attract more important films and people from the world of cinema every year. There is also the Aragón Theatre Fair in spring, where the top companies gather in Huesca for a week to present their shows to dozens of experts and managers and thousands of spectators. |
